The ITCCA promotes the "Original Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan" (Taijiquan), the traditional family style of the Yang Family as transmitted by Master Chu King Hung, a direct disciple of Yang Shouzhuong (Yang Zhenming).

ITCCA schools are located throughout Europe and are led by instructors who are privately examined each year by Master Chu King Hung.

On this website, you will find information about classes held in the Delft and Rotterdam regions of The Netherlands, as well as regular and private classes available in Portugal.

Somatic structural integration
Feel better, move better- its a nervous system thing

In alignment with her Tai Chi Chuan teaching, instructor Maya-Matthea van Staden provides for (myo-) fascial body work sessions in Structural Integration, based on the principles of Ida Rolf. While Tai Chi Chuan often involves group-based movement training that harmonizes body and mind with the surrounding environment, "Structural Integration" is a highly personal, hands-on approach to bodywork.
