"HAPPY Qi"
The ITCCA promotes the "Original Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan" (Taijiquan), the traditional family style of the Yang Family as transmitted by Master Chu King Hung, a direct disciple of Yang Shouzhuong (Yang Zhenming).
ITCCA schools are located throughout Europe and are led by instructors who are privately examined each year by Master Chu King Hung.

Master Chu King-Hung was born in 1945 in China, where he first encountered T’ai Chi Ch’uan as a young boy. At the age of 12, after his family moved to Hong Kong, he began a 26-year apprenticeship with Master Yang Shou-Chung. During this time, he learned the complete Yang family tradition and was later personally authorized by his master to teach the Original Yang Style in Europe.
Starting in London, Master Chu developed a teaching method that made the Original Yang Style T’ai Chi Ch’uan accessible across Europe’s diverse cultural environments—a mission he continues to this day.
The ITCCA offers space for both practitioners who wish to benefit from Tai Chi for personal health, and those deeply interested in its martial roots. For all who follow the principles, the practice naturally leads to what Master Chu calls “happy chi”—a feeling that often brings a smile during practice.
