These workshops take place throughout the year in various locations across the Netherlands, including Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden.

Workshops are also held in Portugal, particularly in the Porto and Coimbra region, and in Napoli, where one of our teachers has recently started teaching.
Delft, Porto, and Napoli are current key locations for our in-depth training events.

Tai Chi Isn’t Just Something You Watch — It’s Something You Step into
​There’s a story about Yang Chengfu, one of the great Tai Chi masters. A student had been practicing hard, mimicking his teacher’s movements in every detail. When he asked for feedback, Yang simply said:
“You’ve copied me well — but you’re still not doing Tai Chi Ch'uan.”
He added, “You have the shell, but not the spirit.”
That pretty much says it all: Tai Chi isn’t just about how it looks — it’s about what happens inside. You can’t learn that from a screen. You have to experience it directly — through movement, connection, and presence.
That’s why we hold in-person workshops: to help you go beyond imitation and really embody the art.
